Prices
At Erotica.dk all prices are stated in Danish Kroner and inclusive VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out.
Payment
Erotica.dk accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in EURO and inclusive VAT. Subject to price errors and sold out/out of stock items.
Delivery
Erotica.dk aims to ship orders received before 6pm the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping costs is DKK 75. All orders exceeding DKK 1000 are freight free. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
Your goods will be sent with GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain items. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Complaints
There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. Sextoys2You.com will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased from our webshop.
The period counts from the day:
Where you receive the order.
Receives the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 30 dayes after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 30 days. The notification must be given by email to info@erotica.dk. In the notification you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods to us, please fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the goods to:
